Adults only, clearly stated
All placements must be directed at adults and carry age messaging where the platform allows it.
Accurate descriptions
Describe offers as they are published, including conditions. Do not restate a bonus as a guaranteed return.
Unsupported claims
No “best”, “number one”, “guaranteed win” or “100% safe” framing, and no claims about licensing or awards that cannot be verified.
Misleading placement
No cloaked links, no incentivised sign-ups outside approved campaigns, and no brand bidding where the terms prohibit it.
Responsible gaming visible
Where the format allows, link to responsible gaming information alongside the offer.
Local rules respected
Promotion must comply with the advertising rules of the market you are targeting.
Affiliate questions
Owners of websites, communities, streams or social channels with an audience in Bigwin’s markets, who can promote responsibly and within the programme terms.
Each affiliate receives unique tracking links. Registrations and qualifying activity from those links are attributed to your account and shown in the affiliate dashboard.
Commission terms are confirmed in writing when your application is approved. We do not publish rates before they are confirmed for your account.
Payment frequency and method are set out in your affiliate agreement. Your affiliate manager confirms both at onboarding.
Approved banners, landing pages and campaign assets are available in the dashboard. Only approved materials may be used.
Unsupported claims, targeting of minors, misleading bonus descriptions, brand bidding where prohibited, and any promotion that breaches the programme terms or local rules.
